The Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina was recently awarded the prestigious "2011 Quality Assurance Award" by MLT Vacations, Inc., one of the largest providers of vacation packages in the United States.
The Quality Assurance Award recognizes a very select group of hotels who achieve a 99 percent customer satisfaction score and a 99 percent delivery of product performance. Hyatt Regency Mission Bay is receiving this honor for its demonstration of superior operational consistency and exemplary quality standards.
